Portman is officially registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE) in Singapore and Malaysia and is accredited by the China Embassy in Singapore.

Portman have adopted the Student Protection Scheme (SPS) endorsed by the Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE) with effect from 1st December 2004. This scheme guarantees the student of conformity to stipulated guidelines in fees structures, course programmes, student redress and refund policies, strict adherence to confidentialy of student personal information and transparent policies.

Over the year, we have been offering quality programmes to students from China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, France, Australia and Italy. Many of our graduates have achieved the Golden Key Awards and moved on to greater achievements.

Portman is always at the forefront to offer innovative teaching and learning methods. We maintain a conducive study environment with 2 well equipped classrooms for students ranging from 40 to 100 students.

We have a very professional team of 20 registered sessional lecturers specializing in a wide range of subjects. To ensure that students are given the extra attention we strive to maintain an optimum average lecturer to student ratio of 1:30 in our Advanced Diploma programmes and a ratio of 1:20 for Partner Universities programmes.

We do our best to make studies enjoyable and stimulating for students. Our programmes are structured into manageable components of lectures, seminars and tutorials.
