It explores the way in which people think, feel and behave in their individual, group, social and organizational contexts. Students examine how people and their actions are informed by these contexts, and investigate how people resist and transform them. Graduates, from these programs, will be suitable for a wide variety of employment including the media industry, advertising, personnel management and development, industrial and public relations, crisis management, health and social services, residential care, youth work, welfare work, reformatory, drug and alcohol counseling, teaching and training.
