Withdrawal
without Cause and Refunds
Where the Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than
those set out in the Conditions for Withdrawal from Course, APSB shall
after receiving the Student's written notice of withdrawal (and in any
event no more than fourteen (14) working days after receiving such
notice) refund to the Student the sum of :
| % of [the aggregate of the Course Fees and Additional Fees] | Student's written notice of withdrawal is received |
| 100% | 14 days before the Commencement Date; or earlier |
| 90% | Between 13 days to 7 days before the Commencement Date |
| 50% | Between 6 days to 1 day before the Commencement Date |
| 0% | On & After the Commencement Date |
